Established in 2021
We wanted a place to stay, and ended up creating a place that we wanted to share.
Warren, Pennsylvania is Dan’s hometown. As our family grew, we wanted a place where we could come up to visit and stay as long as we liked, without imposing on friends and family. In 2021, the Chateau Kinzua fell into our lap and we were fortunate to recognize the opportunity to buy the place for the gift that it was.
It wasn’t called the Chateau at first- it needed work, as houses do- but with some sweat equity (and a LOT of help from Dan’s brother), it has turned into a perfect little place to get away and be connected at the same time.
